目的:建立以区为单位的基层卫生院中药饮片集中议价采购方案,规范采购渠道,统一质量及价格标准。方法:参照国家和省市政府对西药、成药招标采购方案及中国药典中药材部分质量标准制定中药饮片集中议价采购方案。结果:规范了中药饮片采购渠道,保证了中药饮片质量,同时降低了采购价格。结论:为政府将中药饮片纳入药品阳光招标采购范围,实行中药饮片集中采购提供借鉴。 OBJECTIVE: To establish a centralized bargaining plan for purchasing Chinese Herbal Medicine Pieces at the grass-root level hospitals in the district as a unit, standardize procurement channels, unify quality and price standards. Methods: Reference to the national and provincial governments on Western medicine, medicine bidding and procurement programs and Chinese Pharmacopoeia Chinese herbal medicine part of the quality standards to develop Chinese medicine Pieces concentrated bargaining procurement program. Results: Standardize the procurement channels of Chinese medicine Pieces, to ensure the quality of Chinese Herbal Pieces, while reducing the purchase price. Conclusion: It provides reference for the government to include the Chinese Herbal Medicine Pieces in the bidding and purchasing of sunshine of medicine and implement the centralized purchasing of Chinese Herbal Pieces.
