It is a cognitive and inferential process that runs through the human mind all the time. Its purpose is to constantly pursue the convergence of meaning. The essence of translation constitutes the language, entity, thinking and other parameters for the translation quality evaluation. Accurately defining the parameters that affect the quality of the translation is of paramount importance.
