对葛洲坝水电站蜗壳在机组增容改造前后及机组拆除时的3种状态进行了三维有限元计算。根据计算研究成果提出了增容改造蜗壳部位加固方案并对加固方案进行了有限元计算。通过对增容改造前状态分别与机组拆除、增容改造后以及增容改造加固后3种状态下锥体二期混凝土部位的计算成果对比分析表明,机组拆除方案是可行的,蜗壳的加固方案也是有效的。
Three-dimensional finite element method was used to calculate the three states of the volute case of Gezhouba Hydropower Station before and after its capacity expansion and retrofit and during the unit demolition. According to the calculation results, the reinforcement scheme of the volute part with capacity expansion is proposed and the finite element method is used to calculate the reinforcement scheme. Comparing the calculation results of the second phase concrete concretes under the three conditions of the state before the capacity expansion and after the unit dismantling, the capacity expansion and the reformation and reinforcement, it shows that the unit dismantlement scheme is feasible and the volute reinforcement The program is also effective.
