随着市场经济的快速发展,我国的企业市场竞争越来越恶劣,越来越多的企业注重于内部完善,完善企业文化的包装,企业的文化软实力在企业管理上逐渐占据着重要地位,在提高企业管理实力发挥了极其重要的作用。本文从企业文化的基本概念出发,介绍了企业文化在企业管理中的合理定位,并介绍了企业文化在企业管理所发挥的战略性作用,希望企业在市场经济发展的大背景中找到合适的自我发展定位,本文所提出的观点能为企业更好的发展提供了建设性意见。
With the rapid development of market economy, the competition in the enterprise market in our country is getting worse and worse. More and more enterprises focus on internal improvement and packaging of corporate culture. The enterprise’s cultural soft power gradually occupies an important position in business management. In enhancing the management strength of enterprises has played an extremely important role. Based on the basic concept of corporate culture, this paper introduces the reasonable positioning of corporate culture in corporate management and introduces the strategic role that corporate culture plays in corporate management.
