The primary purpose of education is to create people who are innovative, inventive and discoverable, rather than simply repeating what their predecessors did. As a basic subject to accomplish elementary education in primary school, its purpose should be to train qualified, insightful and creative talents. So how to infiltrate the cultivation of innovative thinking into mathematics teaching? To cultivate students’ innovative thinking spirit, in essence, we should show the discovery, inquiry and research cognition activities in student learning.
