放权的困境 许多企业领导人面临的困境是害怕削弱自己的权力,然而同时又想被部下和职工认为是肯放权的好领导。放权的需要似乎更加重了这种进退两难的境地。 那么,为什么我们要放权呢?因为放权是一种有价值的管理方法。首先,它减少了管理所用的时间,以便进行更高价值的工作;第二它培养了职员,帮助他们学习新的技术,增加他们对企业的价值;第三,鼓励职员各抒已见,参与管理促使企业变化;最后,也是最重要的一点,它确保直接干这项工作或处理问题的人,也就是直接负责的人能确实负起责来。 The dilemmas of decentralization The dilemma faced by many business leaders is the fear of weakening their power. At the same time, they want to be considered by leaders and employees as good leaders willing to decentralize power. The need for decentralization seems to have exacerbated this dilemma. So why do we have to decentralize? Because decentralization is a valuable management method. First, it reduces the time spent on management in order to perform higher-value work. Second, it trains staff to help them learn new technologies and increase their value to the company. Third, it encourages staff to see what they have seen and participate. Management promotes business change; the final and most important point is that it ensures that those who directly perform the task or deal with the problem, that is, those directly responsible for it, can indeed take responsibility.
