锰的原生富集完全是沉积成因的,所组成的矿床有的直接有经济价值,有的经二次富集才具有经济价值。本分类以锰聚集处的沉积环境为依据,分为五种类型,每一类型矿床都有一个特有的地质背景及一组伴生岩组,这样可便于在现场识别。经二次蚀变作用,每种类型又变成了各具特色的派生矿床(见下表)。
The native enrichment of manganese is completely sedimentary origin, some of the deposits formed have direct economic value, and some of them have economic value after secondary enrichment. This classification is based on the sedimentary environment at the site of manganese accumulation and is divided into five types. Each type of deposit has a unique geological background and a group of associated rocks that can be easily identified on site. After the second alteration, each type has become a distinctive derivative deposit (see table below).
