以王家沟隧道黄土超浅埋段为例,提出了采用波形钢板替代钢筋混凝土拱圈的设计方案,并应用数值模拟方法对比论证了波形钢板的可行性。理论分析与工程应用结果表明,波形钢板方案具有施工方便、速度快,安全可靠的优势,可在工程中进一步推广。
Taking the ultra shallow section of loess in Wangjiagou tunnel as an example, the design scheme of corrugated steel plate instead of reinforced concrete arch ring is put forward. The feasibility of corrugated steel plate is demonstrated by numerical simulation. The results of theoretical analysis and engineering application show that the corrugated steel sheet has the advantages of convenient construction, fast speed, safety and reliability and can be further popularized in the project.
