目前我国事业单位职工绩效考核改革仍处在摸索阶段,改革方案也在不断改进与修正,我们不能避讳改革中出现的问题,正是这些问题才是改革的动力,在绩效考核改革过程中,我们要正确认识绩效考核执行过程中对工作人员产生的一些负面影响。有些影响不是绩效考核本身的缺陷,只是理解层面的不到位、执行层面的不彻底造成的,这些都是可以通过更加完善的措施来有效避免的。通过研究绩效考核存在的问题和对策,以期为事业单位工作人员工作绩效考核提供参考。
At present, the reform of staff performance appraisal in public institutions in our country is still at a groping stage, and the reform programs are being constantly improved and amended. We can not avoid the problems that arise in the reform. It is these problems that are the driving force for reform. During the performance appraisal reform, To correctly understand the performance appraisal implementation process of the staff have some negative effects. Some of the effects are not the defects of the performance appraisal itself, but the inadequate understanding of the level and the incomplete implementation of the performance level. All these can be effectively avoided through more perfect measures.
