河北省县域特色产业电商发展模式非常有特色,也有了初步成效,但在发展过程中仍存在不少问题:电子商务综合技能型人才欠缺;县域特色产业的电子商务企业数量少、规模小;电子商务基地综合功能有待提高。通过大力引进和培养电子商务人才,大力提升县域特色产业电子商务发展水平,着力打造电子商务产业园区和电子商务平台,促进县域经济突破与转型,成为河北省经济增长的新动力。
