轮状病毒 (rotavirus,RV)是引起婴幼儿腹泻的主要病原 ,在所有急性腹泻的婴幼儿的粪便标本中 ,2 0 %～ 70 %可检出轮状病毒。发病率和病死率都较高。近年来 ,发现轮状病毒感染不仅可引起肠道内感染 ,还可导致肠外损伤。 1999年 11月～ 2 0 0 1年 12月 ,我院收治 4 5例RV感染肠 Rotavirus (RV) is the major cause of diarrhea in infants and young children.
