用多层并接式膜组件来进行空气隙膜蒸馏试验,验证4种国产聚四氟乙烯膜在该组件上的应用可行性,考察了不同热工质、同工质不同浓度条件下流量、温差的变化对膜通量的影响,通过比较,在试验所用4种膜中4#膜(PP长丝)是比较适合该组件的聚四氟乙烯膜。在不同浓度条件下考察了4#膜的膜污染情况,盐水浓度越大,膜通量下降越快,膜污染越严重。增加膜组件的并联层数,用4#膜试验,可使该组件的产水量达到140 kg.d-1以上。
Multi-layer and then type membrane components for air gap membrane distillation test to verify the application of four kinds of domestic PTFE membrane on the component of the feasibility of inspecting the different thermal working fluid, the same conditions with different concentrations of flow conditions, The effect of the temperature difference on the membrane flux was compared with that of the 4 membrane (PP filament) of the 4 membranes used in this experiment. The membrane fouling of 4 # membrane was investigated under different concentration conditions. The higher the brine concentration was, the faster the membrane flux decreased and the more serious membrane fouling occurred. Increasing the number of parallel layers of the membrane module, using 4 # membrane test, can make the module water production reached 140 kg.d-1 above.
