对建国以来水利工程的震害情况进行了论述 ,特别是对通海地震、海城地震和唐山地震中水利工程的破坏情况进行了较详细的统计分析 ,以统计表的形式直观反映了水利工程震害的特点。大量资料表明 ,水利工程的震害大都与土体破坏密切相关。分析了震害的影响因素、破坏形式、抗震措施等。基于水利工程震害的特点 ,引发了对水利工程抗震设计研究工作现状的几点思考 ,包括土力学及土工技术的科技水平、研究路线及防灾意识等 ,并对今后的抗震工作提出了一些建议。还对目前发展较快的面板坝的抗震问题提出了一些见解。
This paper discusses the seismic damage of water conservancy projects since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, especially the detailed statistical analysis on the damage caused by the Tonghai earthquake, the Haicheng earthquake and the water conservancy project in the Tangshan earthquake. Based on the characteristics of seismic damage of water conservancy projects, some reflections on the research status quo of seismic design of hydraulic engineering are raised, including the level of science and technology of soil mechanics and geotechnical engineering, research routes and awareness of disaster prevention and so on, and some suggestions for future seismic work Suggest. Some opinions are also put forward on the anti-seismic problems of the fast growing dam.
