低学历骗子诈骗高文化老人2012年2月3日,在北京晚报上报道了这样一则新闻:两个诈骗犯以“只要交纳7880元就能参与‘中国老年基金会’组织的‘长寿老人评选’活动”为幌子,骗取了187名老年人202万元巨款。他们骗人的手法毫无新意可言,只是利用“免费按摩服务、免费专家讲座、价值1.8万元赠品、免费旅游”等等诱人的空头支票来诱使老人们上当。
