本刊讯广州市光华建材机修厂已投产一批 GY—7型液压小型砌块成型机(见图)。它适用于生产水泥和硅酸盐混凝土砌块。砌块规格为:K_1型39×19×19厘米,K_2型19×19×19厘米,K_3型9×19×19厘米。砌块空心率50%,边、中肋均为3厘米,不封底。一次成型7块(其中K_1 4块、K_2 1块、K_3 2块)。生产能力2000块/台·班(每班工作6小时计)。外振源使芯子振动。装机容量4.5 The magazine Guangzhou Guanghua Building Material Repair Factory has put into production a batch of GY-7 type hydraulic small block machine (see figure). It is suitable for the production of cement and silicate concrete blocks. The specifications of the blocks are: K_1 type 39 × 19 × 19 cm, K_2 type 19 × 19 × 19 cm, K_3 type 9 × 19 × 19 cm. The hollow rate of blocks is 50%, and the edges and middle ribs are all 3 cm and do not cover the bottom. Form 7 blocks at a time (including K_1 4 blocks, K_2 1 blocks, and K_3 2 blocks).
