以传统工艺方式难以精确加工的深孔内螺旋槽为例,对零件进行工艺分析,确定了其数控工艺过程和工艺参数,使用坐标系旋转和子程序调用等命令,编制了拉削过程的数控程序。数控加工模拟试验结果表明,此种工艺方法可以精确、高效、便捷地对深孔内螺旋槽进行加工。
Taking the deep groove spiral groove which is difficult to be accurately processed in the traditional process as an example, the process of the part is analyzed, the CNC process and process parameters are determined, the coordinate system rotation and the subroutine call are used to compile the NC program of the broaching process . Numerical simulation of CNC machining test results show that this method can be accurate, efficient and convenient deep hole spiral groove processing.
