高速公路运行效率监控由两阶段分析实现,第一阶段是对不同运营期间内运行效率的测度,选用能够反映高速公路基本运行特征的交通量、平均行驶时间等分析指标作为决策变量,以高速公路运营过程中的各时间段为决策单元,构造可排序的数据包络分析模型测度决策单元相对效率的变化,得到外部运营环境影响下交通运行效率的动态发展过程;第二阶段是对运营过程中发生的异常状况的识别,应用质量管理中的质量控制图法,将运行效率测度值在单值-极差控制图上描点,识别高速公路运行情况最好的时期,将其作为以后实践的参考标准,实现运营管理策略实施的自我监控和自我调整,从而对高速公路的运营管理进行连续性的改进;最后,论文用算例对模型的合理性和可行性进行验证。
The monitoring of expressway operation efficiency is realized by two-stage analysis.
