目的观察以固定义齿修复进行咬合重建在治疗牙列重度磨耗中的临床效果。方法选择35例牙列重度磨耗或伴有牙列缺损的患者,制作烤瓷或铸造固定义齿进行全牙列咬合重建修复。1年后比较修复前后美观效果、夜磨牙症状、颞下颌关节症状和咀嚼效率的变化。结果所有患者均获得了满意的美观效果,夜磨牙和关节症状有明显减轻或消失,同时显著提高了咀嚼效率。结论固定义齿修复是一种良好的、有效的咬合重建的方法。在保留息止颌间隙的前提下,临时义齿戴用3周后如无不适症状,可考虑行永久咬合重建。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of occlusal reconstruction with fixed denture in the treatment of severe wear of dentition. Methods Twenty-five patients with severe dentition or dentition defect were selected to make porcelain or cast denture for reconstruction of the entire dentition. After 1 year, compared with before and after the restoration of aesthetic effects, bruxism symptoms, temporomandibular joint symptoms and chewing efficiency changes. Results All patients were satisfied with the aesthetic results, the molar and joint symptoms significantly reduced or disappeared, while significantly improving chewing efficiency. Conclusion Fixed denture repair is a good and effective method of occlusal reconstruction. Under the premise of preserving the maxillary space, the temporary denture worn for 3 weeks without any symptoms, may consider permanent bite reconstruction.
