生物分子的生物活性是通过分子之间的相互作用来实现的,因此研究生物分子之间的相互作用对于揭示生命现象发生发展的基本机制具有重要的意义。表面等离子共振和等温滴定量热分析技术作为研究生物分子相互作用的先进手段,已被广泛应用于分子生物学及其相关领域。现针对两者在工作原理、技术特点及应用领域等方面做一简要介绍。
The biological activity of biomolecules is achieved through the interaction between molecules. Therefore, to study the interaction between biomolecules is of great significance to reveal the basic mechanism of the development of life phenomena. Surface plasmon resonance and isothermal titration calorimetry have been widely used in molecular biology and related fields as an advanced means to study the interaction of biomolecules. Now for the two in the working principle, technical characteristics and application areas to make a brief introduction.
