根据Box-Behnken实验设计原理,采用3因素3水平的响应面分析法优化紫芝多糖树脂脱色工艺条件,依据回归分析确定各工艺条件的影响因子,以脱色率为响应值作响应面和等高线。结果表明曲面回归模型能较好地预测各因素与响应值之间的关系,优化得到紫芝多糖脱色最佳工艺条件为:脱色时间2.5 h,树脂用量0.75 g/10 ml,脱色温度28℃。在上述条件下,紫芝多糖实际脱色率为87.8%。
According to the Box-Behnken experimental design principle, the three-factor-three response surface analysis method was used to optimize the decolorization conditions of the polysaccharides. The regression analysis was used to determine the influencing factors of each processing condition. The response surface and the contour line . The results showed that the regression model of surface could predict the relationship between the factors and the response value well. The optimum conditions of decolorization of polysaccharides were: decolorization time 2.5 h, resin dosage 0.75 g / 10 ml, decolorization temperature 28 ℃. Under the above conditions, the actual decolorization rate of polysaccharides was 87.8%.
