目前,我国的国有企业人力资源管理模式由于受计划经济的影响,还有很大的局限性和缺陷,如:对员工的培训不够重视,分配制度上的平均主义,用人机制不合理等等。这严重地阻碍了我国国有企业的进一步发展,因此,必须对现有的国有企业人力资源管理模式进行改革。本文对此进行了简单的探讨。
At present, due to the impact of the planned economy, the human resource management mode of our state-owned enterprises has great limitations and flaws, such as insufficient attention to staff training, equalitarianism in the distribution system, unreasonable employment mechanism and so on. This seriously hindered the further development of the state-owned enterprises in our country. Therefore, we must reform the existing mode of human resources management in state-owned enterprises. This article has carried on the simple discussion to this.
