[目的]观察参苓白术散加减配合西药治疗老年消化性溃疡疼痛疗效。[方法]将104例随机分为两组,对照组52例使用奥美拉唑、阿莫西林;治疗组52例在对照组治疗的基础上加服中药参苓白术散加减。[结果]用药4周后进行疗效判定。腹药后24h腹痛缓解情况、4w后溃疡愈合情况、4w后Hp感染情况治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]参苓白术散加减配合西药治疗老年消化性溃疡疼痛疗效显著,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Shenling Baizhu Powder combined with western medicine in the treatment of senile peptic ulcer pain. [Methods] 104 cases were randomly divided into two groups, the control group of 52 patients with omeprazole, amoxicillin; treatment group 52 cases in the control group based on the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine Shenling Baizhu addition and subtraction. [Result] The curative effect was determined after 4 weeks of treatment. Abdominal pain relief 24 h after abdominal pain, 4w after ulcer healing, Hp infection 4w after treatment group were better than the control group (P <0.01). [Conclusion] Shenling Baizhu Powder combined with western medicine in the treatment of senile peptic ulcer pain has obvious curative effect and is worth popularizing.
