介绍基于工作分解结构建立项目进度计划的一般方法,分析如何应用EVA(Earned Value Analysis)进行进度偏差测量,提出对进度监控中发现的不良偏差实施有效控制的具体方案。
This paper introduces the general method of establishing the project schedule based on the work breakdown structure and analyzes how to apply EVA (Earned Value Analysis) to measure the schedule deviation, and puts forward the concrete solution to effectively control the bad deviation found in the progress monitoring.
