利用程序升温硫化 (TPS)技术研究了TiO2 对耐硫催化剂活性组分的促进作用。结果发现 :1)添加适量的TiO2 可以显著降低MoO3 及CoO的硫化温度 ,缩短硫化时间 ,有利于提高催化剂的硫化性能 ;2 )可以提高活性组分对硫化氢的吸附 ,从而有利于提高催化剂的“容硫”能力 ,使得催化剂对H2 S浓度的依赖性显著降低。此外 ,试验还就硫化及CO变换反应过程、活性组分之间以及活性组分与TiO2 之间的相互作用进行了讨论 ,并结合试验结果提出了TiO2 对催化剂性能的作用机理。
The effect of TiO2 on the active components of sulfur-tolerant catalysts was studied by temperature programmed vulcanization (TPS). The results showed that: 1) adding appropriate amount of TiO2 can significantly reduce the curing temperature of MoO3 and CoO, shorten the curing time and improve the curing performance of the catalyst; 2) increase the adsorption of hydrogen sulfide by the active component, The “sulfur tolerant” capability makes the catalyst significantly less dependent on H2S concentration. In addition, the experiment also discussed the process of sulfidation and CO shift reaction, the interaction between the active components and the active component with TiO2, and the mechanism of action of TiO2 on the catalyst performance was put forward based on the experimental results.
