目的观察一种衣物消毒液的消毒相关性能。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和理化试验方法,对该衣物消毒液杀菌效果、毒性和理化性能进行了实验室和现场试验。结果以含醋酸氯己定566 mg/L该衣物消毒液作用5min,对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌平均杀灭对数值均为5.0以上;作用10 min,对悬液内白色念珠菌平均杀灭对数值为4.0以上。用上述浓度的该衣物消毒液对纺织品浸泡作用10 min,对自然菌平均杀灭对数值达到1.0以上。该衣物消毒液对小鼠经口急性毒性LD50值>5 000 mg/kg(体重),无致微核作用。将该衣物消毒液密封包装置37℃储存90 d,其醋酸氯己定含量下降率均值小于1.50%。结论该衣物消毒液储存性能稳定,对细菌繁殖体和真菌杀灭效果较好,属基本无毒级物质。
Objective To observe the disinfection-related performance of a clothing disinfectant. The clothing disinfectant sealed package stored at 37 ℃ 90 d, the chlorhexidine acetate declining rate average less than 1.50%. Conclusion The clothing disinfectant has stable storage performance and good killing effect on bacterial propagules and fungi. It belongs to the basic non-toxic substances.
