喹啉－N－氧化物及衍生物有抑菌、抗病毒、抗肿瘤等作用,在医药、农药、染料和催化等领域都有广泛应用.本文综述了通过氧化、环合和扩环等方法制备喹啉－N－氧化物及其衍生物的进展.“,”Quinoline－N－oxides and derivatives have antibacterial, antiviral, anti－tumor effects. It have been found a wide range of applications in medicine, pesticides, dyes and catalyst. The progress of preparation of quinoline－N－oxides by oxidation, cyclization and ring expansion was reviewed.
