文章是针对山区水库项目建设质量管理的探讨。由于山区地带特殊的位置关系,其水库建设多是结合当地百姓生活用的中小型项目,而山区的艰苦环境也给项目建设带来了一定的困难。山区水库建设的管理,一方面在于施工中的质量管理、安全管理、成本管理等,另一方面在于水库后期的运营管理,要将山区水库建设及运营和当地百姓的生活、生产紧密结合,管理好水库各方面的建设,节约投资成本,同时提高运营中带来的效益,这是水库工程建设的最终目标。
