“三农”问题一直为中央和全社会所关注。三农问题不解决,中国的和谐社会就不能实现。而解决三农问题,除了中央和地方政府的政策扶持以外,农村干部的思想作风问题、组织建设问题也已成为当前推进农村和谐社会实现的一个紧迫课题。本文从农村干部的工作作风,海选后落选干部的安置和村级后备干部的培养三个方面对农村基层组织建设提出了相应的建议,以着力解决农村工作中“人”的问题。 The issue of “agriculture, rural areas and farmers” has always been the concern of the Central Government and the whole society. If the three rural issues are not resolved, a harmonious society in China can not be achieved. In addition to the policy support from the central and local governments, the issue of thinking and organization of rural cadres and the issue of organizational construction have also become an urgent issue for promoting the realization of a harmonious rural society at present. This article puts forward some suggestions to the construction of rural grass-roots organizations in three aspects: the work style of rural cadres, the placement of unsuccessful cadres after the election of sea election and the training of village-level reserve cadres, in order to solve the problem of “people” in rural work.
