针对我国企业高管薪酬中存在的难以规范、难以控制等问题,本文首先采用知识表示对高管薪酬进行了结构化处理,再利用专家支持系统从计算机处理得到的优化解中进行选择,最后对高管薪酬知识库进行了构建。本文意在采用定性与定量结合的方式,对高管薪酬设计进行改进和完善,以期对企业实践提出有用的建议。
In order to solve the problems such as the difficulty of regulation and control in the executive pay of our country, this paper firstly uses the knowledge representation to structure the executive compensation and then selects the optimal solution from the computer processing using the expert support system. Finally, The executive compensation knowledge base was constructed. This article intends to use the combination of qualitative and quantitative way to improve and perfect the executive pay design, in order to put forward useful suggestions for the practice of the enterprise.
