基于雷电定位数据的分析,采用定位误差圆覆盖法配合环境因素定性提取区域雷击风险因子,依据地形地貌及建筑物属性等进行地理空间区划,分析雷暴活动时空频率分布特性,判定风险致因,评定风险大小,对其中最关键的风险进行处理,选择并实施应对方案,以避免风险或控制,降低风险并使之达到可接受的程度。
Based on the analysis of the lightning location data, the risk factors of regional lightning strikes were qualitatively extracted by using the rounding error of location error method and environmental factors. The geographical space was divided according to the topography and the attributes of the buildings. The spatial and temporal frequency distribution characteristics of the thunderstorms activity were analyzed to determine the risk causes. The size of the risk, the most critical of which should be dealt with, the choice and implementation of response plans to avoid risks or controls, mitigate risks and bring them to acceptable levels.
