介绍了国产铁路客车轴承工程塑料保持架在研制过程中的工艺探索,利用MOLDFLOW MPI对横梁收缩翘曲变形问题进行了模拟与分析。研究表明通过改进工艺参数,优化浇口位置以及更改产品壁厚,可以减小产品变形严重的问题,生产出符合要求的产品,产品具有良好的力学性能和运转性能。
The technological exploration of plastic cage for domestic railway passenger car bearing was introduced. The MOLDFLOW MPI was used to simulate and analyze the shrinkage and warpage of the cross beam. The research shows that by improving the process parameters, optimizing the gate position and changing the wall thickness of the product, the problem of serious deformation of the product can be reduced and the qualified product can be produced. The product has good mechanical properties and running performance.
