应用ICP法和日立835－50型氨基酸自动分析仪，分别测定了中药薤白炮制前后无机元素和氨基酸含量并进行了比较，为其在营养、保健和药用等方面的应用提供了参考依据。
Using ICP method and Hitachi 835-50 automatic amino acid analyzer, the contents of inorganic elements and amino acids before and after processing were measured and compared, and the reference for nutrition, health care and medicinal use was provided.
