由于受到多数企业人才改革的影响,石油企业也在进行着一系列的人才体系改革,虽然改革成效明显,但由于受到传统培训管理体系观念的影响,员工的培训始终存在问题,主要问题表现在培训内容、培训认识、培训科学化等方面。本文通过对石油企业中员工培训的弊端进行分析,深入探究石油企业员工培训管理体系优化的办法,以期提高石油企业员工的整体素质,提高石油企业的竞争力。
Due to the impact of most corporate talent reform, oil companies are also carrying out a series of talent system reform. Although the reform has achieved remarkable results, due to the influence of the traditional training management system concept, there are always problems in employee training. The main problems are manifested in training Content, training awareness, training and scientific aspects. This paper analyzes the disadvantages of staff training in petroleum enterprises, and probes into the optimization of employee training management system in petroleum enterprises in order to improve the overall quality of petroleum enterprises and enhance the competitiveness of petroleum enterprises.
