随着我国普及九年义务教育工作的展开,农村中小学教育教学工作取得了可喜成绩,学生入学率、巩固率、优秀率处于稳定上升状态。在农村中小学中,出现了一大批教育教学质量较高的学校,但制约农村中小学教育教学质量的因素也不少,城乡之间、地区之间、学校之间不平衡性比较严重,尤其是农村中小学的学生基础知识、基本技能不牢,灵活思考能力、动手操作能力、阅读写作能力与城镇学生相比差距较大。
With the popularization of nine-year compulsory education in our country, gratifying achievements have been made in the teaching of primary and middle schools in rural areas. The enrollment rate, the consolidation rate and the excellent rate of students have been on a steady rise. In rural primary and secondary schools, a large number of schools with higher education and teaching quality have emerged. However, there are also many factors restricting the quality of teaching in primary and middle schools in rural areas. There are also many imbalances between urban and rural areas, between regions and schools.
