以美锦集团工业园区的供水工程为例,对其泵站的设计做了深入探讨。首先对泵站的水力机械概况做了介绍,随后结合自身工作实践对泵型、机组台数及水泵工作点的确定、水泵安装高程的确定、水锤防护措施、泵站装置效率和能源单耗、泵站附属设备及泵站辅助设备的设计做了明确分析。经检验,园区泵站设计能很好地满足使用要求,并在兼顾资源与效率的基础上充分考虑了节能,设计和选用的机电设备均符合国家节能产业政策。
Taking the water supply project of Meijin Group Industrial Park as an example, the design of its pumping station is discussed in depth. First of all, this paper introduced the general situation of hydraulic machinery in the pumping station, then combined with its own work practice to determine the pump type, the number of units and the working point of the pump, the determination of the installation elevation of the pump, the water hammer protection measures, the pumping station efficiency and energy consumption, Pump station ancillary equipment and auxiliary equipment pump design made a clear analysis. After examination, the design of pumping stations in the park can meet the requirements of the application well and take full account of energy conservation on the basis of both resources and efficiency. The design and selection of electromechanical equipment are in line with the national energy saving industry policy.
