在互联网时代技术创新与市场价值的结合越来越紧密的背景下,本研究以能力-动机-机会(Ability-Motivation-Opportunity)理论和组织能力三角模型(员工治理、员工思维模式、员工能力)为分析框架,选取华为公司为案例,探索华为公司如何构建针对商业工程师群体的人才管理体系,以获得企业竞争优势。
Against the background of more and more close combination of technological innovation and market value in the Internet era, this study uses the triangle of Ability-Motivation-Opportunity theory and organizational capability (Employee Governance, Employee Mindset, Employee Ability) As the analysis framework, we select Huawei as a case and explore how Huawei can build a talent management system for business engineers to gain competitive advantage.
