以伦敦中央公共卫生实验室提供的23株金黄色葡萄球菌的基础分型噬菌体,对在医院内外收集的449株金黄色葡萄球菌进行了分型。对噬菌体的增殖和分型方法加以改良,使449株金黄色葡萄球菌的噬菌体分型率达91.54%。本文介绍噬菌体逆向分型法,认为此法可提高分型率,并能发现金黄色葡萄球菌的新型菌株。
A total of 23 strains of Staphylococcus aureus were collected from 449 Staphylococcus aureus collected inside and outside the hospital, based on 23 phage of Staphylococcus aureus provided by the Central Public Health Laboratory in London. The phage amplification and typing methods were improved, so that 449 Staphylococcus aureus phage typing rate of 91.54%. This article describes the phage reverse typing method, that this method can improve the typing rate, and can find a new strain of Staphylococcus aureus.
