东家大桥工程现浇梁采用贝雷架支撑系统。结合现场施工实际情况,通过计算和分析,对贝雷架支撑系统结构进行了优化。详细介绍了贝雷架布置位置、布置形式,荷载取值、参数选取及分配梁受力等设计计算过程,提出了施工中质量和安全控制要点。通过工程实践及与钢管脚手架支撑体系对比分析表明,该方案取得了良好的社会和经济效益。
East Bridge cast-in-place beam Berets support system. Combined with the actual situation of the construction site, through the calculation and analysis, the structure of the support system of Belem was optimized. The paper introduces the design and calculation process of the location, arrangement form, load value, parameter selection and force distribution of the Beale frame in detail, and puts forward the key points of quality and safety control in the construction. Through engineering practice and comparison with the steel pipe scaffold support system shows that the program has achieved good social and economic benefits.
