目的了解减重、低盐饮食、戒烟、增加运动量、进行健康教育、戒酒等生活方式干预对代谢综合征转归的影响。方法将200例代谢综合征患者随机分为减重组(n=100)和非减重组(n=100),两组均给予健康教育、戒烟、戒酒、低盐(<6g/d)饮食等生活方式干预,减重组明确要求患者增加运动量,低脂饮食,减轻体质量。非减重组则没有明确要求患者减轻体质量。测定患者干预前和干预后半年BMI、腰臀比、BP、FPG、2hPG、TC、TG、LDL-C、血尿酸等指标,经行对比分析。结果两组均明显改善,减重组较非减重组改善更为明显,减重组患者的BMI、腰臀比、BP、FPG、2hPG、TC、LDL-C、TG等指标明显低于非减重组(P<0.05)。结论生活方式的干预可以明显改善代谢综合征患者的各项指标,促进其恢复健康,而减重则更加有利于代谢综合征患者的康复。
Objective To understand the effects of lifestyle interventions such as weight loss, low salt diet, smoking cessation, increased physical activity, health education, alcohol abstinence on the outcome of metabolic syndrome. Methods 200 patients with metabolic syndrome were randomly divided into weight loss group (n = 100) and non-weight loss group (n = 100). Both groups were given health education, smoking cessation, alcohol abstinence and low salt diet Lifestyle intervention, weight loss group explicitly require patients to increase physical activity, low-fat diet, reduce body weight. Non-weight loss group did not explicitly require patients to lose weight. The BMI, waist-to-hip ratio, BP, FPG, 2hPG, TC, TG, LDL-C and serum uric acid in patients before and after the intervention were measured. The results showed that both groups were significantly improved, the weight loss group improved more significantly than the non-weight loss group, weight loss group patients with BMI, waist-hip ratio, BP, FPG, 2hPG, TC, LDL-C, TG and other indicators were significantly lower than the non-weight loss group P <0.05). Conclusion Lifestyle interventions can significantly improve the indicators of patients with metabolic syndrome and promote their recovery, while weight loss is more conducive to the rehabilitation of patients with metabolic syndrome.
