目的 :探讨用注入式植入可折叠人工晶体手术的临床效果。方法 :对 2 0例 (2 1眼 )老年性白内障患者行超声乳化白内障摘除联合可折叠人工晶体植入手术 ,植入的人工晶体为 Canon- Staar的可折叠人工晶体。用其配套的注入器 (一次性 )植入晶体囊袋内。结果 :手术均顺利完成 ,未发生术中并发症。术后第一天矫正视力≥ 0 .5者达 71.4% ,术后 1个月矫正视力≥ 0 .5者达 10 0 %。结论 :注入式植入人工晶体可起真正小切口的作用 ,能进一步减少对眼球组织的损伤。 Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of implantable foldable intraocular lens implantation. Methods: Twenty cases (21 eyes) of senile cataract patients underwent phacoemulsification cataract extraction and foldable intraocular lens implantation. The implanted intraocular lens was a Canon-Staar foldable intraocular lens. With its supporting injector (disposable) implantation within the capsular bag. Results: The operation was successfully completed, no intraoperative complications occurred. The corrected visual acuity ≥0.5 on the first day after operation was 71.4%, and the corrected visual acuity ≥0.5 at one month after operation was 100%. Conclusion: Implantable intraocular lens can play a real small incision, which can further reduce the damage to the eyeball.
