目的:探讨宫内缺血缺氧胎鼠胃肠组织神经降压素(NT)的变化及对消化系统的影响。方法:采用放免方法,检测34只宫内缺血缺氧胎鼠和13只假手术组胎鼠的 NT含量。结果:假手术组小肠组织 NT含量比胃组织 NT含量明显增高(P<0.01)。宫内缺血缺氧组与假手术组相比,胃肠组织NT含量均有降低,以缺血20分钟降低最为明显(P<0.01)。结论:宫内缺血缺氧能造成胎鼠胃肠组织NT的降低。
Objective: To investigate the changes of neurotensin (NT) and its effect on digestive system in gastrointestinal tissue of intrauterine ischemia and hypoxia rats. Methods: The radioimmunoassay method was used to detect the NT contents in 34 fetuses with intrauterine ischemia and hypoxia and 13 sham operation groups. Results: The NT content of intestinal tissue in the sham operation group was significantly higher than that in the stomach tissue (P <0.01). Intrauterine ischemia and hypoxia group compared with the sham operation group, NT content of gastrointestinal tissue were reduced to reduce the most obvious after 20 minutes of ischemia (P <0.01). Conclusion: Intrauterine ischemia and hypoxia can reduce the NT of fetal rat gastrointestinal tissue.
