运用文献资料法、实验法、问卷调查法和数理统计等方法,对普通高校280名女大学生进行为期14周的瑜伽课程学习之后的身体意象变化情况进行调研,以便证实瑜伽运动对于普通高校非体育专业女学生身体意象的作用,促进瑜伽运动在高校更好地发展。从外貌意象、体能意象和健康意象3个维度深入剖析了瑜伽运动给女大学生所带来的身心变化。研究发现:瑜伽教学前后女大学生的外表评价(P<0.01)、外表取向(P<0.01)、超重/肥胖焦虑(P<0.01)、体能评估(P<0.01)、体能倾向(P<0.01)和疾病的关注(P<0.05)差异显著;身体各部位的满意度(P>0.05)、体重自我分类(P>0.05)、健康评估(P>0.05)和健康关注(P>0.05)差异不显著。瑜伽教学对女大学生外表评价、外表取向、超重/肥胖焦虑、体能评估、体能倾向、疾病关注等方面具有十分明显的干预效果,对改善女大学生的身体意象具有积极的影响。
By using the method of literature, experiment, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, the change of body image of 280 female undergraduates after 14-week yoga course study was investigated in order to prove that the yoga movement is not suitable for the non-sports Professional female students body image of the role of yoga to promote better development in colleges and universities. In-depth analysis of the physical and psychological changes brought by female students in the three dimensions of physical appearance, physical image and healthy image. The results showed that the appearance evaluation (P <0.01), appearance orientation (P <0.01), anxiety overweight / obesity (P <0.01), physical evaluation (P <0.01) (P> 0.05), health self-assessment (P> 0.05), health self-care (P> 0.05) Significant. Yoga teaching has a very obvious intervention effect on female college students ’appearance evaluation, appearance orientation, overweight / obesity anxiety, physical evaluation, physical tendency, disease concern and so on, and has a positive effect on improving female college students’ body image.
