当前,医患关系日趋紧张,医患矛盾日益突出,由此所引发的医疗纠纷日益增多,甚至频发暴力伤害事件。医患矛盾的实质是信任危机。医患双方信息不对称,造成认知冲突。而医患沟通缺失或不良,认知冲突上升为医患矛盾,继而引发医疗纠纷。建设和谐的医患关系,关键要素是加强医患沟通。如何对患者进行有效沟通和如实陈述病情、接受配合治疗是医患双方应尽的道德责任。
At present, the relationship between doctors and patients is becoming increasingly tense and the contradictions between doctors and patients are becoming increasingly prominent. As a result, the number of medical disputes caused by them has been on the increase and the number of violent injuries has even risen. The essence of the contradiction between doctors and patients is the crisis of confidence. Asymmetric information between doctors and patients, resulting in cognitive conflicts. The lack of communication between doctors and patients or poor, cognitive conflicts rose to doctor-patient conflicts, which led to medical disputes. Building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship, the key element is to strengthen communication between doctors and patients. How to communicate effectively with patients and truthfully state the condition, to accept treatment is the moral responsibility of both doctors and patients.
