随着医疗改革的不断深入,医院发展开始面临全新的要求与挑战。医院在加强医疗技术优化的同时,还要重视对绩效考核体系的优化,保证绩效考核的质量,提升绩效考核的科学性与公平性,为日后经营发展奠定更为坚实可靠的基础。基于此,本文就医院绩效考核体系的构建予以论述和研究,指出了目前医院绩效考核体系中存在的主要问题,并提出了对应的建议以供参考。
With the continuous deepening of medical reform, hospital development began to face new requirements and challenges. At the same time of strengthening the optimization of medical technology, hospitals should also pay attention to the optimization of the performance appraisal system, ensure the quality of performance appraisal, enhance the scientific and fair performance appraisal, and lay a more solid and reliable foundation for the future operation and development. Based on this, this article discusses the construction of the hospital performance appraisal system, points out the main problems in the hospital performance appraisal system, and puts forward the corresponding suggestions for reference.
