山葡萄新品种“雪兰红”的选育及关键栽培技术

“雪兰红”是中国农业科学院特产研究所于2012年3月审定酿造的干红山葡萄酒新品种。该品种抗寒、抗病、穗粒大、不裂果、果实含酸低、含糖高、酒质好,公顷产量及净利润比对照品种“左优红”增产2.8t、增收1.23万元,已确定为主推优良酿酒新品种。该品种在配套栽培技术管理下的坐果率、含糖量、出汁率、果粒和果穗重量分别比常规栽培技术提高7.5%、1.8%、5.4%、0.3g、29.4g,落果率降低1.9%,单宁和总酸含量降低0.017、1.48g/L,使果实品质得以大幅度提高。 “Snow Lan Hong ” is the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences Institute of specialty products in March 2012 validated brewing new varieties of dry red wine Hill.
