试验研究了无取向电工钢中晶粒抑制剂的分布及尺寸规律,通过对CSP生产的无取向电工钢热轧板金相组织、沉淀析出物进行观察分析表明,CSP流程中的热轧板中的氧化物夹杂相比传统厚板坯连铸生产的热轧板中的氧化物夹杂细小,分布均匀;CSP流程中较高的终轧温度可以使晶粒发生充分的再结晶和长大,热轧板组织为相对粗大的等轴铁素体,改善了最终产品的织构组成,从而对最终产品的磁感性能产生重大影响。
The distribution and size rules of grain inhibitor in non-oriented electrical steel were experimentally studied.
