目前系统性研究我国私募基金业对国民经济作用机制的文献还比较少,尤其是基于宏观经济转型与调控视角。本文将讨论私募基金的投资对象与方式、特点、分类,分析私募基金对我国宏观经济、资本市场、货币政策影响,从而我国私募基金的进一步发展的方式和监管思路选择提供理论上的准备。 At present, there is still a paucity of literature on systematically studying the mechanism of the private equity funds in our country on the national economy, especially on the perspective of macroeconomic restructuring and control. This article will discuss the investment objects and ways, characteristics and classification of private equity funds, and analyze the influence of private funds on China’s macroeconomy, capital market and monetary policy so as to provide theoretical preparation for the further development of private equity funds and the choice of regulatory ideas.
