深水井控在基本原理上和常规水深井控一样,但某些在常规钻井中的“特殊”情况在深水中却很常见,深水钻井另外也面临一些专门的特点和挑战,越洋钻探、British Gas、Chevron等外国石油公司在井控作业中出现过井漏、水合物堵塞管线、地层呼吸效应等复杂情况,最长压井作业耗时近十天,甚至出现钻井液密度窗口极窄而导致井眼报废的重大事故。本文通过总结国内外深水钻井公司以及蓝鲸一号钻井平台在中国南海神狐海域水合物试采的作业经验,并通过查询核心期刊,对深水井控特点、难点进行了分析,为深水井控工作提供了现场应对参考。
