针对鹤煤十矿机电硐室的变形破坏情况,采用对围岩注浆加固的方法改善围岩的力学性能,进而提高围岩自身的承载能力。分析了机电硐室破坏特点,介绍了注浆材料及设备,通过采用打注浆孔、堵孔、注浆封孔和清洗管路等工序,使巷道变形得到有效控制。
Aiming at the deformation and failure of the mechanical chamber of No.10 coal mine in Hebi Coal Mine, the mechanical properties of the surrounding rock are improved by grouting reinforcement of the surrounding rock so as to improve the bearing capacity of the surrounding rock. The characteristics of mechanical and electrical chamber failure were analyzed. The grouting material and equipment were introduced. Through the process of playing grouting hole, plugging hole, grouting sealing and cleaning pipeline, the deformation of roadway was effectively controlled.
