目的探讨小切口手法碎核白内障囊外摘除术在基层白内障集中复明中的优点及缺点,为基层白内障复明治疗找出一个安全有效、方便价廉的手术方法。方法通过搜集我院2007年5～7月白内障集中复明活动资料,观察115例(116眼)实施了小切口手法碎核白内障囊外摘除及/或人工晶体植入手术患者的术中、术后反应,以及术后的视力恢复等,分析手术的优点及缺点。结果术后1周视力≥0.5者86眼(占74.1%),0.1～0.4者26眼(占22.4%),<0.1者4眼(占3.5%)。术中、术后并发症少。结论小切口手法碎核白内障囊外摘除术切口小,术后反应轻,恢复快,复明效果好,费用低廉,住院时间短,是解决当前贫困白内障患者看病贵的一种很好的术式,尤其适合在西部基层医院大力推广。
Objective To explore the advantages and disadvantages of extracapsular cataract extraction with small incision in the treatment of primary cataract.
